We are looking for a Front Office Manager who is dynamic, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field from an accredited university,
  • Minimum 7 years of Front Office experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within a 5-star or luxury hotel,
  • Excellent command of English (a second language is a strong asset),
  • Proficient in Fidelio and familiar with Opera or other PMS systems,
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills,
  • Solid understanding of revenue management (yield management), room sales, and occupancy strategies,
  • Proven experience in guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and crisis management,
  • Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control,
  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high performance,
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations,
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Biblos brand standards.

 

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all Front Office operations in line with hotel standards and service excellence,
  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences,
  • Ensure effective communication and cooperation with all departments to provide a seamless guest journey,
  • Supervise daily operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest relations,
  • Monitor and control financial transactions, revenue reports, and daily performance metrics,
  • Analyze guest feedback and take proactive actions to enhance service quality,
  • Set departmental goals, conduct KPI reviews, and ensure performance targets are met,
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented and maintained,
  • Personally oversee VIP and special guest experiences, ensuring every detail is handled with care,
  • Take an active role in emergency, security, and crisis management processes,
