We are looking for an “Front Office Supervisor” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related major
- 5 or more years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or related professional area. (Preferably in a 5-star hotel.)
- Excellent command of English (Preferably, ability to communicate in a second language)
- Excellent supervisory skills, inter-personal and communication skills.
- Must be able to perform all front office functions.
- Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to enforce all company rules and procedures.
Job Description
- Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard,
- Monitor the staff’s interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel,
- Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies,
- Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day’s business,
- Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments,
- Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards,
- Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction,
- Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience,
- Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
