We are looking for an “Reservation Agent” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Presentable & self-motivated
• Outgoing personality
• Very good command of written and verbal English, second language preferable
• University degree preferable in Tourism & Hospitality Management
• Good command of Office programs
• Able to multi-task
• Fidelio System knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for selling the hotel rooms
• Careful and sensitive about guests’ needs
• Able to prepare the best offer with maximum revenue and regularly contact with the guests to convert the business
• Able to handle guest complaints, with solving problems and manage stress
• Ensures that Guest History is updated and acted upon accordingly
• Ensure communication with other departments (Finance, Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, F&B) to provide a seamless service for our guests
• Ensure arrival lists are checked and are complete (arrival times, rates etc.) the day prior to the guest arrival
• Clarify duties and responsibilities of reservations colleagues and ensure that work processes are in a logical order
• Should be compatible with flexible working hours
• Able to coordinate related business relationship with agencies/partners
