Our rooms are frequently disinfected using health ministry licensed disinfectants and ULV equipment.
The staff responsible for cleaning your rooms are equipped with single use surgical masks gloves and aprons.
Our airconditioning units and ventilators are equipped with external filtration systems to provide 100% fresh air into your rooms.
All used towels and beddings are washed at 70-80° with special disinfectant detergents.
Due to hygiene measures, all items provided for your use in the rooms are for single-use only and used only by you.
Our room service menu is single-use only. You may view your room service menu with your mobile phone by using QR code.
There is a mandatory body temperature measurement at the entrance of the hotel. Guests with 38° of fever and higher are informed privately and are guided as per the health ministry guidelines.
Your suitcases will be placed in your rooms after being disinfected.
Safe social distancing rules are in place throughout the check in and check out procedures.
Your room cards are for single-use only and are disinfected. If you wish, you can unlock your room doors via your mobile device. Our Guest Experiences Team would be happy to assist you in this matter.

Our elevators are routinely disinfected. Elevators may only be used by no more than two people at once. Please pay attention to following social distancing measures.

Our airport transfer vehicles are routinely disinfected using health ministry licensed disinfectants and ULV equipment
