PROPERTY TERMS
In order to ensure that your stay at Biblos Beach Resort Alaçatı is pleasant and seamless, our reservation, payment, and cancellation policies are outlined below. Requests for an upgrade to a higher room category are subject to an additional charge. Room upgrades are subject to availability.
PRICES
All room rates are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT and breakfast. For guests seeking a more exclusive stay experience, an à la carte half-board option is also available.Rates and services included in the price are as stated in your reservation confirmation letter.
PAYMENT POLICY
All reservations require 100% prepayment at the time of booking. Reservations are considered confirmed once deposits and payments have been processed. If payment is not received on time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. Payment is accepted via credit card or bank transfer. A secure online payment link is available for credit card payments. The credit card used for payment (and for all online reservations) must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with a valid passport or identification for verification purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the season and the type of reservation. The free cancellation period and applicable conditions are determined according to the terms stated in the reservation confirmation document.
Detailed cancellation conditions are communicated to guests together with the reservation confirmation. In case of cancellations made within the allowed period, the payment will be refunded in the same currency used during the reservation (TRY, USD, or EUR).
EARLY DEPARTURES
In case of early departure, the remaining nights of the reservation may be charged as no-show. Early departures due to adverse weather conditions or similar reasons will also be evaluated under the cancellation policy.
Due to Alaçatı’s vibrant nightlife, some noise from nearby entertainment venues may occasionally be heard. For this reason, our rooms are equipped with high-level sound insulation. For your comfort, we kindly recommend keeping the windows closed during nighttime hours.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for early departures or cancellation requests due to noise from entertainment venues.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children aged 0–2.99 years staying in the same room with adults are free of charge.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Subject to availability, guests requesting late check-out after 12:00 may be charged the equivalent of one night’s accommodation rate. Visitors who are not registered during the reservation process are not permitted to enter guest rooms.
OFFER TERMS
The advantages provided by offers are subject to the discretion of Biblos Beach Resort Alaçatı. Biblos Beach Resort Alaçatı reserves the right to terminate offers at any time, with or without prior notice. Biblos Beach Resort Alaçatı also reserves the right to modify the rules, procedures, conditions, and benefits related to offers.
